Deployment & Licensing

GoPaperless adapts to how your organization is required to operate — from a managed cloud service to a fully isolated on-premise deployment inside your own data center. Whichever model you need, one team takes your enquiry from first call to signed contract.

One point of contact for every model

Cloud subscription, on-premise licensing or an OEM integration — every enquiry is received by the GoPaperless sales team at Quantera. You do not need to work out which entity to call; the team routes the technical and legal scoping internally.

Three ways to run GoPaperless

Same signing engine, same legal validity. What changes is where the system runs, where the data sits, and how it is licensed.

Cloud (SaaS)

Best for teams that want to start signing this week.

Managed multi-tenant service. No up-front investment in HSMs or additional infrastructure — start using it right away. Subscription plans and published rates are available on the GoPaperless service portal.

  • Ready to use, no deployment project
  • Per-user or per-signature subscription
  • Premium SLA on the Enterprise plan — 24/7 availability
  • Published price list — no quote needed

OEM / API Integration

Best for platforms that need signing inside their own product.

Let your users sign directly on your site instead of being redirected. Four API solutions — Signature collection, Authentication, Signing and Sealing — integrate into core banking, ERP, LOS or citizen-service applications.

  • Documents Gateway — ready-made, branded UX
  • Documents API — build your own interface
  • Documentation and code examples for every API
  • Volume-based or revenue-share licensing
  • Certified Integrators available for delivery

Included in every model

Whichever way you deploy, the trust layer underneath is the same — and it is what makes a signature hold up years after it was made.

Advanced & Qualified signatures

Sign with high-assurance eIDs meeting the requirements set out under the EU eIDAS regulation. Advanced and Qualified Electronic Seals are supported as well.

Qualified timestamps

Every signing and sealing transaction carries a qualified timestamp, securing documents against forgery and backdating.

Long-term preservation

Guarantee the trustworthiness of a qualified electronic signature or seal through time, long after the certificates behind it expire.

Validation

Verify signatures and seals from other parties — signature formats, certificate validation and representation, signature containers and more.

Audit trail & document formats

A detailed event log of every action performed by users. Supports PDF, ASiC-E, BDoc, EDoc and ADoc.

Certified information security

ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified ISMS, audited annually by SISCERT, with controls aligned to Decree 356/2025/NĐ-CP on personal data protection.

Frequently asked

Why aren't prices listed on this page?

On-premise and OEM engagements are scoped individually — the licensing depends on deployment scale and integration effort, so a single list price would be misleading. Published subscription rates for the cloud service are available on the GoPaperless service portal.

Who do I contact — Mobile-ID or Quantera?

One address for all three models: the GoPaperless sales team at Quantera. Mobile-ID develops the platform and provides the underlying PKI and certification base; Quantera runs the commercial service and receives every enquiry. Technical and legal scoping is coordinated between the two teams for you.

What does an integration project look like?

It starts with a joint architecture review before anything is contracted, so both sides agree on scope. You then integrate either through Documents Gateway, using our ready-made interface, or through Documents API if you prefer to build your own. Certified Integrators with deep knowledge of the GoPaperless infrastructure are available if you would rather not do the work in-house.

Which eIDs are supported?

National ID cards, smart cards, USB tokens, Mobile ID and Smart-ID. GoPaperless fully supports Vietnam eID providers, with more countries and solutions to follow.

Not sure which model fits?

Tell us your volume, your compliance constraints and the systems you need to sign from. One enquiry, one team — we come back with a recommended topology and a scoped quote.
