Mobile-ID started in 2016 as a regular software development company. Beginning with a small team, we must learn quickly, pay attention to the smallest details, and put customer reliability first.

We noticed that e-signing and e-identification technologies, which are supposed to simplify both the daily lives of citizens and the operations of businesses and institutions, were clearly too complex and too expensive, forcing them to remain faithful to the old paper-based processes. That is when we decided we must change that.We formed and trained a specialist team with necessary knowledge and skill. With the current team, we are confident in the electronic signature field. From 2017 to 2021, we cooperate with other companies to release Remote Signing and support public certificate providers such as Misa-CA; Newtel-CA, CMC-CA, Easy-CA, ….

Moreover, all our hard work led us to a great achievement, we became an Associate Member of Cloud Signature Consortium (in 2019) and received the certificate of certified civil cryptography product for the centralized system software product Trusted Hub - Remote Signing Service, version 1.20.10.13 (in 2020).

For some documents, it is vital to ensure traceability, accountability, and audit with clear legal weight, data integrity and individual signed approval together with easy-to-access workflow process evidence. Besides that, the need to hold and present documents securely cuts time, reduces costs, and adds strong controls to minimize signing errors. With all in issues above, in 2022, we built and launched GoPaperless - It's an appropriate solution and brings together all this capability and knowledge to provide the most secure way to sign documents. GoPaperless supports basic e-signatures, Advanced e-signatures, and EU Qualified Signatures.
